About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Service Crew member to join our hospitality team in the Singapore River Central Region. This is a full-time position where you will be the face of our establishment, delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Service Crew member, you will play a vital role in maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to quality hospitality.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting guests with warmth and professionalism upon arrival and seating them appropriately
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently whilst providing knowledgeable recommendations
• Serving food and drinks promptly and courteously, ensuring all items meet quality standards
• Clearing tables promptly and maintaining a clean and organised dining environment throughout service
• Responding promptly to guest requests and addressing any concerns with a positive attitude
• Processing payments and providing excellent checkout experiences
• Maintaining knowledge of menu items, specials and promotions to enhance guest satisfaction
• Collaborating effectively with kitchen and other service staff to ensure smooth operations
• Following food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
• Contributing to the overall ambiance and atmosphere of the establishment

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a waiting or service crew role within a hospitality setting is preferred
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when taking and fulfilling orders
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently during busy service periods
• Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for guest satisfaction
• Physical capability to stand for extended periods and carry items safely
• Reliability and punctuality with a professional appearance and demeanour
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards is advantageous
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work night shift, weekends and public holidays
