About the role

Gobi Desserts' is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Crew to join our team in the Central Region. As a Service Crew, you will play a vital role in providing outstanding service and creating memorable experiences for our customers. What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Taking food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Delivering food and drinks to customers in a timely manner
• Ensuring the dining area is clean, well-stocked, and maintained to a high standard
• Assisting with other tasks as required, such as food preparation and stock replenishment
• Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the service industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• A passion for delivering high-quality customer service and creating a positive dining experience
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• A team-oriented attitude and willingness to contribute to the success of the business
