HSBC Restaurant is a well-established neighbourhood restaurant in Bangsar with over 25 years of history. We are known for our hot & spicy Chinese cuisine, welcoming dining environment, and loyal customer base. Our restaurant offers dine-in service with outdoor seating, vegetarian options, and a relaxed family-style atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customer orders accurately and serve food and beverages efficiently
• Set up, clear, and clean tables before, during, and after service
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining and service areas
• Assist with packing takeaway and delivery orders when required
• Respond politely to customer requests and provide attentive service
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and timely service
• Assist with general restaurant duties and support team members during busy periods

Requirements

• Friendly, polite, and willing to provide good customer service
• Responsible, punctual, and reliable
• Able to work well as part of a team
• Willing to learn and follow restaurant procedures
• Able to work efficiently during busy service hours
• Basic communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Malaysia
• Previous restaurant or service experience is an advantage, but not required
• Must be a Malaysian Citizen

Working Hours

Fixed Split Shift – 6 Days Per Week

Morning Shift: 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Evening Shift: 4:45 PM – 10:30 PM
