About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Crew to join the dynamic team at ROMEO MEDESTOMAS FOOD ENTERPRISE. This is a full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila. As a Service Crew member, you will be at the forefront of our hospitality operations, delivering exceptional dining experiences to our valued guests. This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for outstanding service and creating memorable moments for every customer who walks through our doors.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting customers with a warm welcome and seating them promptly at appropriate tables

• Taking accurate food and beverage orders from customers and relaying them clearly to the kitchen staff

• Serving food and beverages in a timely and professional manner, ensuring plates are presented attractively

• Checking in regularly with customers to ensure their satisfaction and addressing any concerns immediately

• Clearing tables efficiently and maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the dining area

• Assisting with table setup and breakdown as required

• Maintaining knowledge of menu items

• Collaborating with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery

• Following all food safety and hygiene protocols consistently

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a waiting or service crew role within a hospitality setting is highly desirable
• Excellent customer service skills with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
• Strong communication abilities and a professional, friendly demeanor
• Physical stamina and the ability to work standing for extended periods and carry items safely
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
• Attention to detail in order-taking, food presentation, and table management
• Flexibility to work various shift patterns, including evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Basic numeracy skills for handling transactions and mental arithmetic
• A neat appearance and commitment to maintaining professional standards
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and menu items
