Service Crew

About the role

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Service Crew. This role is perfect for those who enjoy engaging with customers and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

·        Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service

·        Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately

·        Ensure timely delivery of orders and customer satisfaction

·        Maintain cleanliness of dining area, service stations, and equipment

·        Handle customer inquiries and basic complaints professionally

·        Operate POS system and handle payments responsibly

·        Assist in daily opening and closing operations

·        Adhere to SOPs, food hygiene and safety regulations

·        Work closely with kitchen and bar team to ensure smooth operations

·        Local candidates are preferred

Requirements

·        No prior experience required (training provided)

·        Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

·        Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset

·        Good communication and teamwork skills

·        Able to work in a fast-paced team environment

·        Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

·        Candidates with prior relevant experience will be an advantage
