Job Position as Waiter & Waitress
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist with setting up and clearing tables before and after service.
Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
Handle customer complaints or requests and escalate issues to the supervisor if necessary.
Able to work in a team
Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
