Location: Near Telok Ayer / Chinatown MRT (Far East Square)

Have both AM and PM shift, but must be able to accept PM shift (Transport provided)

Sat & Eve of PH: 6pm to 4am

Sun to Fri & PH: 5pm to 3am

AM Shift: 10am to 8pm (must accept PM shift too)

6 days work week (1hour break)

Job Description (JD)

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter orders into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages according to the restaurant's service standards.
• Provide customers with menu information and assist with recommendations when required.
• Set up and clear tables, and ensure the dining area is clean and properly maintained.
• Respond promptly to customer requests and provide good customer service.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth and timely service.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
• Follow company service procedures, hygiene standards, and food safety requirements.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Job Requirements (JR)

• Prior experience in F&B or customer service will be an advantage; candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
• Possess a valid Food Safety Course Level 1 certificate, or be willing to obtain one if required.
• Friendly, service-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
