Service Crew

A service crew member is the frontline face of a business in the food, retail, or hospitality sectors. They ensure a welcoming environment and customer satisfaction by greeting customers, processing payments, preparing orders, and maintaining strict cleanliness and hygiene standards across the establishment.

Core Responsibilities

• Customer Service: Welcome guests, assist with menu choices, take orders accurately, and resolve any customer concerns efficiently.
• Cashiering: Process cash and card transactions using POS systems accurately and provide correct change.
• Food & Order Preparation: Prepare and assemble food or beverages quickly according to the company’s recipe, safety, and health standards.
• Cleanliness and Sanitation: Keep service counters, dining areas, and workstations spotless. Wipe down tables, sweep floors, and wash dishes or utensils as required.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, restock shelves and condiment areas, and assist with receiving new deliveries

Pay: Php16,500.00 - Php17,000.00 per month
