TEAM MEMBER

Work Location: Shangri-La Plaza, Mandaluyong

We’re looking for friendly, confident, and dependable team members who enjoy working with people and take pride in providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take and prepare customer orders
• Recommend products and help customers make selections
• Handle cashiering and payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
• Monitor stocks and assist with basic inventory tasks
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Help with opening, closing, and day-to-day operations
• Work closely with other team members to provide a smooth customer experience

What We’re Looking For

• Friendly, presentable, and comfortable talking to customers
• Reliable, punctual, and responsible
• Willing to learn and follow procedures
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with sales and making product recommendations
• Able to work efficiently during busy periods
• Customer service, retail, F&B, or sales experience is an advantage, but not required
• Must be willing to work at Shangri-La Plaza

Schedule

Mall-based work schedule. Applicants should be willing to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays as required.
