Service Crew

Job Responsibilities

·        Greeting customers warmly and assist with seating.

·        Take food and beverage orders accurately.

·        Serve Thai dishes and beverages efficiently and professionally.

·        Explain menu items and answer customers’ questions about ingredients when required.

·        Process customer payments and operate the POS/Cashier system.

·        Set up clear tables, ensuring the dining area remains clean and organized.

·        Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant operating procedures.

·        Assist with basic food preparation and restocking when required.

·        Handle customer requests and feedback politely.

·        Support opening and closing duties.

·        Work closely with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth restaurant operations.

Job Requirements

·        Previous F&B or customer service experience is preferred

·        Friendly, service oriented and comfortable when interacting with customers

·        Positive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to work well in a team

·        Able to work evenings, weekends and public holidays according to roster
