About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Crew to join the Mixideo Ventures Inc. team in Makati City, Metro Manila. This is a full-time position where you will be at the forefront of delivering exceptional hospitality experiences to our valued guests. As a Service Crew member, you will play a vital role in ensuring every customer interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding service and customer satisfaction. Your enthusiasm, professionalism, and attention to detail will directly contribute to the success of our operations and the reputation of our establishment.

Key responsibilities

1. Greet guests warmly upon arrival and seat them in accordance with reservation schedules and seating arrangements
2. Present menus to guests and provide knowledgeable recommendations about food and beverage offerings
3. Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers and communicate them clearly to kitchen and bar staff
4. Deliver food and beverages to tables promptly and ensure presentations meet quality standards
5. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit and address any concerns or special requests with professionalism and courtesy
6. Clear tables efficiently and maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area at all times
7. Process payments accurately using point-of-sale systems and handle cash or card transactions securely
8. Maintain knowledge of current menu items, specials, pricing and allergen information to assist guests effectively
9. Collaborate with kitchen, bar and housekeeping staff to ensure smooth service operations
10. Follow all health, safety and hygiene protocols as per company standards and local regulations
11. Assist with setup and breakdown of dining areas, tables and service stations as required

What we're looking for

1. Previous experience in a waiting staff, hospitality or customer service role is highly desirable but not required
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse guests
3. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
4. Ability to remain calm, courteous and solution-focused under pressure and during peak service times
5. Reliability and punctuality with a strong work ethic and commitment to teamwork
6. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
7. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, or willingness to undertake relevant training
8. A friendly, positive attitude and genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
