El Fuego Snack Bar (Lugaw ni Bossing) is a fast-growing food service brand dedicated to delivering hearty meals and excellent service. We are looking for energetic, reliable, and hardworking Service Crew Members to join our growing teams in Talisay and Minglanilla!

What You’ll Do

As a Service Crew Member, you will play a key role in daily store operations—from serving food to managing online delivery orders and maintaining food safety standards.

• Customer Service & Operations:
• Warmly welcome guests, take accurate orders, and suggest popular menu items.
• Assist with daily store opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor inventory levels and report supply shortages promptly.
• Food Prep & Kitchen Care:
• Prepare food consistently following standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Ensure strict food safety, cleanliness, and portion control to minimize waste.
• Keep kitchen, cooking equipment, and dining areas clean and sanitized.
• Online Delivery Management:
• Process incoming orders efficiently via POS/tablets (GrabFood, Foodpanda, etc.).
• Pack delivery orders accurately and hand them off promptly to riders.
• Communicate professionally with delivery partners regarding order status.
• Reporting & Teamwork:
• Work independently and responsibly during non-peak hours.
• Prepare and submit basic daily operational reports in English.

Qualifications

• At least High School Diploma / Senior High School Graduate (or equivalent experience).
• Prior experience in food service, quick-service restaurants (QSR), or customer service is a plus.
• Basic English communication skills (written and spoken) for reporting.
• Comfortable using smartphone/tablet apps for online order management.
• Willing to work flexible schedules, including 12-hour shifts and occasional overnight/graveyard shifts.
• Trustworthy, punctual, and highly dependable.
• Resident of Talisay, Minglanilla, or nearby areas within Cebu is preferred.

Pay: Php14,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
