Service Crew

About the role

Service Crew role in a food and beverage environment, responsible for greeting and serving customers, taking orders, and ensuring smooth service operations.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take customers' orders and ensure orders are served accurately and promptly
• Serve food and beverages to customers
• Handle cashier and payment transactions when required
• Assist with food and beverage preparation when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area, tables and service counter
• Replenish cutlery, condiments and other service items
• Assist with opening and closing duties
• Attend to customers' enquiries and feedback
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or manager

About you

• No experience required; training will be provided
• Previous café or restaurant experience is an advantage
• Friendly, customer-oriented and responsible
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
