Service Crew / Crew Leader (5 Days a Week)

Job Summary / Benefits:

• Basic Salary: $2,400 – $3,150/month, depending on position and experience
• Working Days: 5 days per week, including weekends and Public Holidays
• Working Hours: 44 hours per week
• Work Location: Jewel Changi Airport
• Training Location: Orchard

Crew Chief / Leader

Basic Salary: $2,875 – $3,150/month, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily outlet operations and lead the team to ensure smooth operations.

• Maintain ppfood quality & food safety, service standards, hygiene standards.

• Monitor staff attendance, performance and daily task allocation.

• Manage inventory and ensure sufficient stock levels.

• Train and guide new team members.

• Support the team during busy periods when required.

Service Crew

Basic Salary: $2,400 – $2,900/month, depending on experience

Job Responsibilities:

• Take customer orders and operate the cash register.

• Prepare food and pack takeaway orders.

• Serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner.

• Replenish stocks, condiments and other supplies.

• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of service and dining areas.

• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.

Requirements:.

• Candidates without relevant experience are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Responsible, positive and willing to learn.
• Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
