SERVICE CREW CUM BARTENDER

About the role

This is a role focused on welcoming and serving customers, preparing and serving beverages including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, cocktails, mocktails and beer, and maintaining bar operations and service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and provide recommendations when required
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, cocktails, mocktails, beer and other drinks
• Operate the bar area, including preparation, garnishing and presentation of beverages
• Ensure tables, bar counters and service areas are clean, organized and well maintained
• Serve food and beverages promptly according to establishment standards
• Handle customer enquiries, requests and feedback professionally
• Process customer bills and payments accurately
• Maintain sufficient stock of beverages, bar supplies and service items
• Follow proper procedures for handling alcoholic beverages and responsible alcohol service

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in F&B, restaurant, bar or hospitality operations is preferred
• Bartending or beverage preparation experience will be an advantage
• Good customer service and communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle shift work
• Willing to work evenings, weekends and public holidays
• Pleasant personality, responsible and team-oriented
• Basic knowledge of food, beverages and bar operations
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
