Service Crew (Dining)

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and serve customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure that customers receive excellent dining service.
• Prepare and arrange tables before and after customer use.
• Clear and clean tables promptly and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.
• Assist customers with their requests and address concerns professionally.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other team members to ensure orders are served correctly and on time.
• Refill condiments, utensils, and other dining supplies as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and proper organization of the dining and service areas.
• Follow company policies, food safety standards, and service procedures.
• Perform other duties related to restaurant operations as assigned by management.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a service crew, waiter/waitress, dining staff, or in a similar restaurant position is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Friendly, courteous, and customer-oriented.
• Honest, responsible, and reliable.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willing to learn and undergo training.
• Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Pay: Php18,000.00 - Php19,000.00 per month
