SERVICE CREW for GLORIETTA 4

BreadTalk is a Singaporean lifestyle brand that has gained international appeal for its Boutique Bakery Concept, and we aim to expand and open more branches nationwide. We are looking for a SERVICE CREWmember who can provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers have a positive dining experience and contributing to our company's growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing solutions.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service counter, and surrounding areas.
• Set tables and clear trays promptly.
• Follow all service procedures and standards set by the company.
• Assist in other tasks as assigned by the Immediate Head.
• Uphold food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Candidate must possess at least a Senior High School Diploma, Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, or Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Candidates with or without experience are encouraged to apply!
• Required Skill(s): Great interpersonal and customer service skills; Can work efficiently and effectively even under pressure.
• Amenable to working overtime, graveyard, weekends, and holidays
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.
• Willing to start immediately
