Service Crew - Jubilo Restaurant

We are looking for a friendly and responsible Service Crew to join our restaurant team. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth daily restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately.
• Provide good customer service and attend to customers’ needs.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the dining area.
• Assist with restaurant opening and closing duties.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and cashier to ensure smooth service.
• Replenish cutlery, condiments, and other service items.
• Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and restaurant SOPs.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

Requirements

• Previous experience in F&B or customer service is an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Friendly, hardworking, and customer oriented.

• Able to work well in a team.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

• Fresh graduates and candidates with no experience are welcome to apply.
