Service Crew (Lalaport)

Responsibilities

●       Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

●       Responding promptly to customer inquiries.

●       Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.

●       Maintain the cleanliness of the venue at all times.

●       Replenish tickets for various types of machine.

●       Topping up tokens in token dispenser, remove tokens from the machine, topping up tickets in machines.

●       In charge of gift redemption.

●       Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Requirements:

●       Able to speak in simple English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

●       Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is often preferred.

●       Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

●       Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers.

●       Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve common goals.

●       Accuracy in handling customer orders and transactions.

●       Clear and effective communication with both customers and team members

●       Proactive approach to tasks and a willingness to take on additional responsibilities.

●       A positive and friendly demeanor to enhance the overall customer experience.
