Service Crew / Server

About the role

A server role in a restaurant environment, responsible for greeting and assisting customers, taking orders, and serving food and beverages while maintaining clean dining areas and coordinating with kitchen staff.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist them with the menu, and take their orders accurately
• Serve food and beverages promptly and ensure customer satisfaction
• Keep dining areas, tables, and service stations clean and organized
• Coordinate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations

Qualifications

• At least a high school graduate
• Experience as a server or service crew is an advantage
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays
• Willing to work in BGC or Poblacion, Makati City
