Service Crew - Team Leader

About the Role

The Team Leader is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the outlet to ensure operational efficiency, sales performance, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company standards. The role oversees store activities, staff performance, inventory control, sales monitoring, customer service, and cost management. The Team Leader serves as the primary support contact for the store team and coordinates with the Operations Supervisor for operational concerns and improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the outlet
• Ensure operational efficiency and sales performance
• Monitor customer satisfaction and compliance with company standards
• Oversee store activities and staff performance
• Control inventory
• Monitor sales
• Manage customer service
• Manage costs
• Serve as primary support contact for the store team
• Coordinate with Operations Supervisor for operational concerns and improvement initiatives

About you

• At least 1-2 years of experience in sales
• 1 year in a supervisory role preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of CRM tools, sales reporting, and forecasting techniques
• Willing to travel between assigned outlets
