Service Crew Trainer

We are looking for a Crew Trainer who is willing to perform regular crew duties while taking the lead in training, coaching, and guiding crew members to ensure proper service and operational standards.

Qualifications

• At least College Level
• Previous restaurant or food service experience is preferred.
• Willing to work as a crew and train crew members.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident in demonstrating and teaching proper work procedures.
• Responsible, disciplined, and team-oriented.
• Good moral character.
• Physically and mentally fit to work.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform regular crew duties and assist in daily store operations.
• Train and coach new and existing crew members.
• Demonstrate proper food preparation, customer service, cleanliness, and safety procedures.
• Monitor trainees’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Serve as a positive role model for the team.

Pay: Php13,000.00 - Php14,000.00 per month
