Service Crew Trainer

The Trainer is responsible for delivering training programs using innovative and effective methodologies to develop the best, ethical, and efficient business practices for franchisees, business partners, and their employees.

Duties and Responsibilities

• In-House Training
• Facilitate product demonstration on the standard operating procedure of the company’s existing food cart brands:
• Siomai King
• Noodle House
• Potato King
• Siopao Da King
• Coffee But Better
• Ooh! Cha!
• Onsite Training
• Conduct onsite training covering the technical and competencies of food cart operations:
• Store opening;
• Store closing;
• Product preparation;
• Measurement of ingredients;
• Proper handling and serving of foods;
• Storage of leftovers;
• Use and storage of equipment and utensils;
• Product shelf-life;
• Signs of spoilage;
• Product outsourcing;
• Inventory procedure;
• Ordering and delivery guidelines; and
• Crew responsibilities
• Event Management
• Facilitate company, selling, and sponsorship events.
• Other Duties & Responsibilities
• Prepare and submit the following reports: In-house and Onsite Training, reimbursement, cash advance, and liquidation

Pay: Php21,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
