Waitress / Service Crew (Front of House)

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly, ensuring a friendly and positive first impression.
• Introduce our menu, signature Korean fried chicken, beverages, and ongoing promotions.
• Recommend dishes and beverages based on guests’ preferences and provide helpful menu information.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure orders are prepared accurately and served promptly.
• Serve food and beverages according to Dokebi Chicken’s service and presentation standards.
• Deliver friendly, attentive, and personalised service throughout the dining experience.
• Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
• Prepare and maintain the dining area, including tables, cutlery, condiments, and other dining essentials.
• Process cash and cashless payments accurately.
• Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly to maintain a welcoming dining environment.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, sanitation, and food safety.
• Work closely with teammates to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager.

• Able to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Friendly, positive, approachable, and customer-focused personality.
• Enjoy interacting with people and providing excellent customer service.
• Responsible, punctual, reliable, and willing to learn.
• Able to work effectively as part of a team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Good work ethic, with a positive attitude towards learning and personal development.
• Previous Cabin Crew, Hotel/ F&B or customer service experience is an advantage but not essential, as training can be provided.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship, Contract, New-Grad

Pay: RM7.50 - RM8.00 per hour
