SERVICE CREW/CASHIER

Job Summary

We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented Service Crew members to join the team at FantasyWorld Baguio. The Service Crew will assist guests, maintain excellent service standards, and help ensure a clean, safe, and enjoyable experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take and process customer orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve food, beverages, and other products according to company standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the dining and service areas.
• Assist with table setup, clearing, and cleaning.
• Operate the cashier/POS system and handle payments accurately when assigned.
• Check and replenish supplies, products, and service items as needed.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Qualifications

• At least Senior High School graduate; college level or graduate is an advantage.
• Previous experience in food service, hospitality, retail, or customer service is an advantage but not required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused, courteous, and approachable.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
