About the role
The Service Crew is responsible for providing friendly and efficient customer service while supporting the daily operations of FantasyWorld. The role focuses on guest safety, cleanliness, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for children and families.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist children, parents, and guardians with inquiries and concerns
- Provide proper instructions and safety reminders before guests use attractions
- Monitor assigned play areas and ensure compliance with safety rules
- Assist with ticketing, cashiering, and POS transactions when assigned
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the play area and other assigned areas
- Check and report damaged or malfunctioning equipment to the OIC or Store Manager
- Assist with events, promotions, and special activities
- Handle customer concerns and escalate serious issues to the appropriate supervisor
- Assist with opening and closing procedures
