Service Crew/Coffee Machine Refiller

QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Graduate / College Level
• With or without experience
• Willing to work on shifting & roving schedules
• With readily available requirements
• Willing to start ASAP

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide customer service during field visits/dispatches.
• Refill and maintain vending machines.
• Monitor inventory and sales reports.
• Prepare daily activity and issue reports.
• Perform basic troubleshooting of vending machines.
• Coordinate with the Team Lead and other teams.
• Address customer concerns and maintain good customer relationships.
• Follow company procedures and maintain good attendance.
• Report site issues and concerns to the Team Lead regularly.
