Service Crew/Kitchen Staff/Kitchen Crew - Pasig

Join our team as a Service Crew/Kitchen Staff member! We are looking for an adaptable, energetic individual to drive both front-of-house hospitality and back-of-house culinary support. In this dual role, you will handle guest transactions, prepare quality meals, and keep our operational workflow running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Front-of-House & POS Management: Process customer orders accurately in the POS system, manage receipt logs, maintain transaction history, and update digital menu availability.
• Food Preparation & Assembly: Prep raw ingredients and execute menu items in strict adherence to recipe guidelines and food safety protocols.
• Quality Assurance & Dispatch: Inspect presentation, taste, and portion size before quickly dispatching orders to customers.
• Workstation Sanitation: Keep customer-facing and kitchen areas organized, sanitized, and compliant with health department regulations.
• Team Communication: Collaborate closely with kitchen and service peers to minimize order lead times and maintain rapid service speeds.

• Precision in POS entries and daily cash/transaction reconciliation.
• Speed of service, fast order preparation, and timely dispatch.
• Adherence to cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years in quick-service restaurants (QSR), food service, or commercial kitchens.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Skills: Hands-on experience with POS software, standard kitchen tools, and food safety practices.
• Requirements: Ability to work a 6-day shifting schedule (including extended standing shifts and lifting up to 25 kg/50 lbs).
