Natsai Vitalhealth Pte Ltd. is in the distribution of physiotherapy, rehabilitation, chiropractic, osteopathy, and wellness products and services. Our key clients are nursing homes, restructured hospitals, private hospitals, day rehab centers, and private clinics. We urgently require a service cum sales executive with relevant experience. This job requires one to be involved as a service executive.

Responsibilities & Authorities For Service Cum Sales Executive Job Details:

• Service of physiotherapy & rehabilitation equipment
• Testing, commissioning, and equipment installation
• Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment
• Provide product demonstration and quotation to customers
• Follow up on sales & service leads
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management
• Handle 70% service and 30% sales

Skills & Knowledge

• Experience interfacing with both internal team members and external customers as part of a solution service process
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask activities with shifting priorities. Able to work productively in a pressurized environment

Education & Experience (Preferred but Not Necessary)

• Priority will be given to candidates with experience in the biomedical field & a technician background, and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply

• Good customer service, with a positive mindset, self-motivated, and a team player

• Enjoy traveling, working outdoors, and meeting people
