Service Delivery Executive

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Service Delivery Executive to join our team and drive excellence in IT service management. Duties

• Manage end-to-end service delivery processes, including incident resolution, problem management, and change implementation, aligned with ITIL best practices.
• Oversee server management tasks such as configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Windows Server, Linux systems, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
• Ensure robust information security and network security measures are in place by monitoring firewalls, Cisco routers, VPNs, and implementing disaster recovery plans.
• Provide expert technical support for desktop environments, network infrastructure (LAN/WAN), computer networking issues, and remote access software.
• Supervise network engineering activities involving Cisco network devices, VMware vSphere, Microsoft SQL Server, SharePoint, IIS, DHCP, and Active Directory management.
• Lead project management efforts for system upgrades or new deployments using tools like ServiceNow and Jira while coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Analyze system performance metrics using SolarWinds and other monitoring tools to proactively identify issues and optimize network support strategies.
• Demonstrate leadership by supervising technical support teams; mentor staff on best practices in systems engineering and organizational skills to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in server management, network security, systems engineering, and IT service delivery roles.
• Strong knowledge of computer networking concepts including LAN/WAN architecture, DHCP, DNS, firewall configuration, and Cisco routers.
• Hands-on experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere and cloud services like AWS and Azure.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework principles along with certifications or training in ITIL or related disciplines preferred.
• Proficiency in managing Active Directory environments, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, and remote access software tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead projects effectively while managing multiple priorities with excellent time management skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Supervisory experience in managing technical teams or service support staff is highly desirable.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to assess system performance data for continuous improvement initiatives.
