Key Responsibilities
Overall responsible for order management and fulfillment
Ensure the successful delivery for all the services assigned to you
Updating the real time status in the dashboard
Follow-up with vendors to ensure the on-time reaching to customers
Proactively update to customer and vendor if there is change in location, delay or services
Be customer centric
Whom do we look for?
Effective time management skills to handle a high volume of calls and tickets
Experience working collaboratively with other teams to address the customer needs and improve the service.
Demonstrate strong abilities in both verbal communication and active listening.
Mandatory fluency in English, Hindi and any South language
Being an individual role player.
Willingness to work rotational shifts and rotational week-offs
