Job Summary

The Service Delivery Executive is responsible for coordinating operational requirements, maintaining proper documentation and records, supporting internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company procedures, customer requirements, and applicable standards.

In this role, you will support the team’s daily operations and ensure assigned activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Job Responsibilities:

• Consistently and effectively learn existing and new products/programs.
• Manage and coordinate day-to-day operational activities within the assigned scope.
• Ensure tasks, requests, and deliverables are completed accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Coordinate with internal departments such as Operations, Logistics, Finance, Sales, and other relevant teams.
• Communicate and follow up with customers, vendors, and other stakeholders when required.
• Prepare, maintain, and update operational records, reports, trackers, and supporting documentation.
• Be able to accurately gather details, facts, and information from clients & customers, and make confident suggestions.
• Support process improvements to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and service quality.
• Support issue resolution and escalate operational risks or service issues to the Team Lead/Manager when necessary.
• Provide backup support to team members and perform other duties assigned by the Team Lead/Manager.

• Effectively Build, Grow and Maintain positive, professional internal and external relationships, which align with Company policies, procedures, guidelines, principles, and core values.
• Proactively establish and maintain positive & effective working relationships with all team members and support department personnel.
• This role is focused as a supporting role for the Business Development/Marketing Manager.

Job Requirement:

• In-Bound Sales Experience Preferred / Service delivery Experience Preferred
• You must be self-motivated to quote/bid, quick and eager to learn, and driven to achieve high-performance standards.
• Hard working, self-motivated, and positive attitude.
• Positively embraces; learning, change, problem-solving, and multitasking.
• Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of customers, verbally and written English and Chinese.
• Basic Office Functions – Microsoft Office, E-Mail, Phones, Computers, and Interaction with customer.
