Service Delivery Manager (ADM projects)

**Role:**IT Service Delilvery Manager

Location: Chennai and Banglore

Notice period: Immediate to 30 days

Role & responsibilities

Minimum 14 Years of IT Experience with more than 5 Yrs of Experience as a IT Service Delilvery Manager in ADM projects

Primary Skills Must Have

• Min 3 years of experience in executing managed services engagement
• Strong experience in ITIL concepts and experience in handling incidents service requests problem management change management and development work
• Should have Managed L3 Support teams and collaborated with L2 L4 teams
• Should know ITIL v3 or v4
• Prior experience in streamlining ITIL concepts in team
• Should be able to collaborate engage monitor and track the progress of remote team
• Should have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in Weekly and Monthly status reporting

Good to Have

• Experience working in Banking Domain - Treasury Tax Risk & Compliance
• Hands of experience in technologies like Java and NET is added advantage
• Prince/ PMP certifiedo
