What they need

We are looking for Service Delivery Manager who Lead end to end service delivery for managed services engagements ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs KPIs and contractual commitments

Must have 8 years of experience handling AMS engagements

Act as the primary customer facing point of contact for operational governance escalations and service reviews

Manage on-site offshore delivery teams and drive operational excellence across support and enhancement activities

Conduct Monthly Service Reviews MSRs Quarterly Business Reviews QBRs and steering committee meetings with stakeholders

Drive incident problem change and service request management processes in alignment with ITIL best practices

Monitor service performance identify risks and implement corrective actions to improve service quality and customer satisfaction

Ensure effective resource planning capacity management knowledge management and transition governance

Lead continuous improvement automation productivity and cost optimization initiatives across the engagement

Collaborate with customer leadership business stakeholders and technical teams to align service delivery with business objectives

Strong experience in Managed Services AMS engagements stakeholder management team leadership and service governance
