Service Delivery Manager - Data & AI

For our client, we are seeking a Service Delivery Manager - Data & AI to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space.

This role will oversee the successful execution of customer-facing data and AI service engagements, ensuring delivery aligns with scope, timelines, and operational expectations. The position will partner closely with internal teams and customer stakeholders to maintain strong communication, resolve delivery risks, and keep projects moving forward. With a focus on governance, capacity planning, and measurable outcomes, this role supports high-quality service delivery across technical implementations.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $110,000 – $130,000 annually

Responsibilities

• Coordinate successful delivery of customer projects and service engagements
• Align resource capacity with customer demand and project requirements
• Track project schedules, milestones, budgets, and deliverables
• Facilitate status meetings and delivery reviews
• Identify and address project risks and obstacles
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders and internal teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
• 5+ years of experience in project management, service delivery, or operations management
• Experience managing technical and data projects
• Experience with Palantir or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, and stakeholder communications
