Service Delivery Manager (DATA)

We are looking for a "Service Delivery Manager"

Prerequisites:

3 to 5 years of professional experience

Prior experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master

, or Team Leader in an Agile environment is preferred.

First desired implementation of Agile Scrum & Kanban methods

Missions:

Sprint management

Contributor to backlog refinement up to DoR

Facilitating planning poker sessions and contributing to the formalization of complex cost estimates (with support from EM & TL)

Facilitating the ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Sprint Follow-Up, Sprint Review), and

supporting the co-facilitation of daily stand-up meetings.

Control of workload and quality produced within the given deadlines up to DoD

Supporting the team towards greater autonomy on these topics

Handling of requests, changes and incidents, with escalation if necessary

Contribution to steering engagement

Preparation, facilitation and support of the weekly project committee (with support from the Manger Commitment and other contributors)

Contribution to steering committees and preparation of reports

Preparation, facilitation and support of team meetings (with support from the Manager Commitment)

Continuous updating of the schedule and workload plan

Communication

Main point of entry for employees

Main point of entry for operational matters from the Business Analyst and the Integration Team Leader

Coordination with the client's internal teams

Reporting on activity, performance, and proposals for improvement

Production and monitoring of KPIs in relation to our SLAs, and, if necessary, proposals for corrective actions

Production of progress reports – initial and revised cost estimates, completed work, remaining work – on the subjects that require it.

Contributions to financial management

Understanding the contractual framework of the service and the financial implications of operational activities: (non) recording of time, travel, standby duty, non-production, etc.

Issuance of quotes

Participation in the financial review of DoD tickets

Issuance of Activity Reports

Required skills:

Overall understanding of data

Knowledge of a ticketing tool, preferably JIRA

SQL: Sufficient proficiency to retrieve information from a database (Jira data extraction)

Google Sheets / Excel: Sufficient proficiency to produce summary tables and indicators
