Key Responsibilities

• Apply human-centered design methodologies to improve services and user experiences
• Conduct user research, field studies, and behavioral analysis
• Lead and participate in co-design workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions
• Develop journey maps, service blueprints, and process maps
• Create, test, and validate prototypes and service concepts
• Translate user needs and business goals into actionable service design strategies
• Define and refine user stories and support Agile backlog activities
• Conduct usability testing and analyze findings to improve services
• Measure service performance and provide data-driven recommendations
• Collaborate with business, technical, and product teams
• Support organizational change management and service adoption initiatives

Required Skills

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in service design research and related deliverables
• Minimum 3+ years of experience working in or with public sector organizations
• Minimum 2+ years of experience working within Agile cross-functional teams
• Strong understanding of human-centered design methodologies
• Experience conducting user research and insights analysis
• Experience creating journey maps, service blueprints, and other design artifacts
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience with usability testing and prototype validation
• Experience supporting digital transformation and large-scale service design projects
• Experience with change management and service adoption strategies
• Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
