Service Desk Analyst

An employer is seeking a motivated professional to join their team onsite in Colorado Springs, supporting a vital national defense mission. This dynamic role provides mission-critical services by acting as the first point of contact for all customers requiring IT support.

• Manage incidents and service requests, providing effective and efficient IT issue resolution
• Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure smooth IT operations in a high-security environment
• Implement, manage, and maintain ITIL-compliant Service Desk systems
• Accurately record, track, and document incidents and service requests, prioritizing and escalating as needed
• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic networking, software, and hardware issues, escalating complex problems to appropriate teams

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field + 2 years of relevant experience; or High school diploma/GED with 6+ years of relevant experience
• Active Secret Clearance
• Current IAT Level II Certification (CompTIA Security+ CE)
• Proven experience in an IT Service Desk or technical support role

• Target salary range: $40,001 - $80,000 per year
