Overview:

Seeking a Service Desk Analyst to provide frontline technical support for a busy hospital environment. This role supports clinical and non-clinical staff with hardware, software, account access, and connectivity issues while ensuring excellent customer service and timely ticket resolution.

Responsibilities:

• Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and healthcare applications.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, email, VPN, network connectivity, and account access issues.
• Manage tickets through the ITSM system, documenting issues and resolutions.
• Support user onboarding/offboarding, password resets, and Active Directory account administration.
• Escalate complex issues to infrastructure or application support teams as needed.
• Deliver white-glove support to physicians, nurses, and hospital staff in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of Service Desk/Desktop Support experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and hardware support.
• Experience working in a healthcare, hospital, or highly regulated environment preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Preferred:

• Experience supporting Epic, Cerner, or other healthcare applications.
• CompTIA A+ or similar IT certifications.
