Service Desk Analyst – TCS Uruguay

At Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Uruguay , we are looking for a Service Desk German Analyst to join our team supporting one of our global customers. This role requires someone who thrives in dynamic environments and is comfortable working in an hybrid model.

Essential functions

• Should be able to handle inbound / Outbound calls
• Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance
• Resolve IT Support Request and Issues
• Maintain Service Records
• Identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures

Minimum qualifications

• Really passionate about learning and technology.
• Customer-oriented and should have good customer handling skills.
• Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills in German and intermediate English.
