Service Desk Associate

Key Objective

Responsible for quotation service support, provide the quotation, premium to assign partners.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

• Review the partner quotation/ premium request.

• Responsible for the quotation process since receiving partner information until quotation distribution.

• Responsible partner emails on the daily basis.

• Work closely with sales, brokers, and other related departments.

• Ensure all quotation comply with underwriting guidelines.

• Deliver all assign tasks within committed service level agreement.

• Reporting Relationships

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.

• New Graduated or 1-2 Years Experienced

• Experience to work with team members.

• Good communication skills.

• Fair English communication skills.

• Microsoft office skill
