What You'll Do: 🖥️ Provide timely technical support via phone, email, or in-person

🔧 Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end users

📋 Log and track incidents using ticketing systems

🕒 Escalate unresolved problems to appropriate teams

💡 Assist with system setups, installations, and configurations

🤝 Deliver excellent customer service at all times

What We're Looking For: ✅ At least 1 year of experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role

✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills

✅ Basic knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office Suite, and common IT hardware

✅ Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively

✅ Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
