Service Desk Engineer (Start ASAP)

We are looking for an ServiceDesk Engineer to provide technical support to international clients and end-users. You will troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, applications, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and network connectivity while ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide IT Helpdesk / Technical Support to US, EMEA, and Australian clients
• Troubleshoot Windows desktop, applications, and network connectivity issues
• Install, configure, and support Microsoft 365 applications
• Perform basic Active Directory administration and troubleshooting
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues within defined SLAs
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain ownership of assigned tickets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree

• At least 1.9 years of IT / BPO / Technical Support experience

• At least 1 year of experience supporting international clients

• Experience working with US, EMEA, or Australian customers

• Strong knowledge of:

  • Windows desktop support
  • Active Directory
  • Microsoft 365
  • Basic networking
  • Office applications

• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Willing to work rotational shifts, including night shifts

• Willing to work onsite/WFO

• Flexible and willing to support business requirements when needed
