Service Desk Manager

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager with strong Service Desk operations experience. You will be responsible for managing an omnichannel Service Desk environment, leading multilingual teams, and ensuring strong operational and financial performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of an omnichannel IT Service Desk
• Lead and manage multilingual Service Desk teams
• Drive overall service delivery and operational performance
• Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) and overall financial performance
• Ensure effective management of Service Desk operations and resources
• Apply ITIL principles and practices within the service environment

Must-Have Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree / college graduate
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Operations Manager within an omnichannel Service Desk environment
• Proven experience managing multilingual teams
• Proven experience managing P&L and overall financial performance
• ITIL certification
• Willingness to work onsite in Taguig
• Willingness to work the night shift
