Service Desk Officer

We’re looking for a Service Desk Officer to provide responsive, customer-focused IT support within a professional environment based in Victor Harbor .

This role would suit someone who enjoys working with people, troubleshooting day-to-day technology issues and delivering a positive experience for end users.

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing Level 1 and general IT support to users
• Troubleshooting hardware, software and Microsoft 365 issues
• Supporting users across Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and other M365 applications
• Assisting with user accounts, access and basic administration
• Logging, managing and resolving service desk requests
• Escalating more complex technical issues when required
• Providing clear and friendly support to users with varying levels of technical knowledge
• Maintaining accurate documentation and ticket updates

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk or IT Support role
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving ability
• Ability to explain technical issues in simple, easy-to-understand language
• A proactive and approachable attitude
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
