SERVICE DESK OPERATION ELECTRONICS ENGINEER (TELECOM)

About the role

Monitor and manage technical complaints and service tickets through ServiceNow, perform basic troubleshooting to identify the cause of technical issues, and coordinate with Tier 1, Tier 2, and L2/L3 support teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and manage technical complaints and service tickets through ServiceNow
• Perform basic troubleshooting and identify the cause of technical issues
• Create and endorse work orders to the appropriate technical teams
• Coordinate with Tier 1, Tier 2, and L2/L3 support teams
• Monitor ticket status and provide timely updates
• Document troubleshooting activities and resolutions
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate support team

About you

• Graduate of Electronics Engineering / ECE or related course
• 1-2 years of technical support, telecom, network, or service desk experience preferred
• Good troubleshooting and communication skills
• Willing to work shifting schedules
• Willing to work full on-site in Valero, Makati
• Willing to render overtime/excess man-hours when required
• Licensed ECE is an advantage
• Knowledge of ServiceNow is an advantage
