Service Desk Operator (Shift work)

About the role

We are looking for a dedicated Service Desk Operator to join our team at TELEHOUSE (THAILAND) LTD.' This is a full-time role that will involve providing first-line supports to customers via phone, email, in-person of web application. Key duties include managing support tickets, troubleshooting and documenting issues, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills

What you'll be doing

1. Receive calls and email to support incident and service request from customer.
2. Managing and reporting on various incidents occurring on the site.
3. Maintain and update customer services on ticket management systems in a timely manner
4. Escalate unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
5. Provide remote hand service to clients.
6. Support audits, compliance checks, and incident investigations when required.
7. Follow standard operating procedures and control processes

What we're looking for

1. Experience in working in Datacenter or IT business would be advantage
2. Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, technology or any related field
3. Good command in English
4. Ability to work shifts, including nights and weekends (work-day 4 days and off-days 3 days).
5. Familiarity with IT service management processes and best practices
