Service Desk Specialist

📅 Contract Duration: 6 Months

💰 Pay Rate: $32-$35/hour (T4)

Are you passionate about technology and helping people solve IT challenges? We're looking for a Bilingual Helpdesk Support Specialist to provide exceptional technical support and customer service to end users.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and access-related issues
• Provide phone-based technical support and guidance
• Document incidents and resolutions in ServiceNow or similar ticketing systems
• Escalate unresolved issues and communicate next steps clearly
• Collaborate with teammates and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Deliver a white-glove customer experience while handling technical issues

Must-Have Skills:

• 1+ year of Helpdesk, Technical Support, or Call Centre experience
• Active Directory (AD)
• Hardware & Technical Troubleshooting
• ServiceNow or ticketing system experience
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English

Nice-to-Have:

⭐ CompTIA A+ or related certification

⭐ Enterprise IT support experience

⭐ Strong troubleshooting and technical aptitude
