Service Desk Support - 12 months contract

Description

• Location: 351 Braddell Road (Nearest MRT: Braddell)

• Working Hours: 5-day work week, including weekends

• Shift Pattern: Quarterly rotating shifts

  • ☀️ Day Shift: 6:45 AM – 7:15 PM
  • 🌙 Night Shift: 6:45 PM – 7:15 AM

• Contract: 12 months, extendable

• Salary: Up to $3,500/month

• Fixed Allowance: +$400/month

• Night Shift Allowance: +$45 per night shift

Job Requirements

• Provide Service Desk and Customer Experience support to internal and external stakeholders.

• Manage and follow up on incidents and service requests, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where required.

• Coordinate release notifications and service updates with relevant stakeholders.

• Assist in identifying and troubleshooting issues relating to payment systems and services.

• Maintain accurate records of incidents, requests and resolutions.

• Provide professional and responsive support while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.

• Prior experience in Customer Service, Helpdesk, Service Desk or Banking is advantageous.

• Candidates from Bank Contact Centre backgrounds are welcome.

• Good understanding or interest in payment systems.
