Service Desk Support Agent (Dutch)

We are looking for a new colleague for our international partner specializing in cash management, to join their SERVICE DESK SUPPORT team! If you speak DUTCH and ENGLISH and consider yourself helpful and flexible, this opportunity is for you!

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Customer service and technical support for the company’s financial partners (B2B only),
• Identifying customer issues and providing assistance in resolving them,
• Administration and documentation of processes,
• Collaboration with both domestic and international colleagues.

If you recognize yourself in the following, this position is for you:

• Most importantly, strong proficiency in Dutch and English, as you will be communicating with native speakers,
• Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week (5 days, 8 hours/day), with variable but pre-scheduled shifts,
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills,
• An advantage: previous experience in customer service or IT support.
